DESIGN NOTES
Invitation: Soft, multi-toned, handmade Korean Hanji papers were the forefront of Hannah and Ricky’s wedding stationery. Various mulberry papers were mounted to cotton cardstocks for letterpressing, with their invitation card featuring a cream kozo paper with visible fibers paired with a biscuit-coloured insert and soft white RSVP. To finish the detailing cards included silky cream stitching, walnut coloured ink + letterpress, and a dusky-pink outer envelope.
Day-of Stationery: The couple’s wedding programs included a line illustration of the venue letterpressed onto three variations of the outer cover. A standing escort board ficussed on simplicity and clean lines with a neat, type-based cards. Carrying through with colour and texture were the reception menus — biscuit cards mounted to cream kozo as a nod to their invitation, enclosed with a handmade cover debossed with their wedding date. Two delicate leaf skeletons were individually overlapped and sewn to each cover, paired with a minimal place card with guest names in walnut calligraphy.
